TEACH Grant Request

This eForm is used to request consideration for a Federal TEACH Grant if you were not automatically awarded one after ASU received your FAFSA and all requested items were complete. Requests do not guarantee awarding of the Federal TEACH Grant. Financial Aid and Scholarships Services will determine your eligibility for the Federal TEACH Grant based on your citizenship status, academic program and academic requirements.

Note: Please do not send requests for summer until after you have been awarded summer financial aid.
