Arizona State University's Financial Aid and Scholarship Services team needs more information from you so that we can review your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

According to the  U.S. Department of Education,  you did not sign your FAFSA or the Student Aid Report (SAR) corrections you submitted. To resolve this issue and continue the financial aid application process, you'll need to complete one of the following steps:

(1) Make your corrections electronically via the FAFSA website.

        • Select the "LOG IN" button on the FAFSA.gov home page to log in using your FSA ID.

        • Click the "Provide Signatures" button. You will enter your FSA ID and click "sign".

       • Submit your signature.

OR

(2) Make a signature correction on your printed SAR certification page and resubmit to the FAFSA Processor via mail: Federal Student Aid Programs, P.O. Box 7650, London, KY 40742-7650

Once we receive your updated information from FAFSA, we can begin processing your federal student aid file.
