Scholarship payments

Submit a scholarship check

Please ensure that the check is made payable to Arizona State University.

We strongly encourage donors to send an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). For more information, please visit ASU's Knowledge Base.

Donors can send scholarship checks to Arizona State University to one of the following addresses:

External donor funds are typically processed within three business days once received at the P.O. Box. If mailed, please allow two weeks to be received.

Funds should be sent four to six weeks before the first day of classes to ensure timely crediting to a student’s account. (Fall: July 1, spring: Dec. 1, summer: April 1)

Note: Scholarships will only disburse if the student is enrolled full-time (undergraduate: 12 credit hours; graduate: 9 credit hours). Please include a disbursement and refund policy, specifying the minimum enrolled credit hours required for scholarship disbursement. Additionally, provide the student’s name, ASU student ID number, academic year, and the semesters for which the scholarship should be disbursed on the check. 

Alternatively, donors may choose to provide this information through the ASU External Donor Scholarship Form instead.
