If you are a Federal Pell Grant recipient who has all outstanding financial aid verification documents submitted and are enrolled in summer 2025 session B, you may obtain your textbooks for the semester online or in person at the Sun Devil Campus Stores and have your book charges billed to your student account. If you are eligible, you will be sent an ASU email each semester with instructions and a link will be provided on My ASU under the finances tab on this date.

Tuition and certain registration fees are subject to a 100% refund through July 6, 2025 for Session B classes. Tuition and fees are non-refundable thereafter and students are required to pay all tuition and fees for drops and withdrawals on or after July 6, 2025.
