If you are a Federal Pell Grant recipient who has all outstanding financial aid verification documents submitted and are enrolled in Spring 2024 session B, you may obtain your textbooks for the semester online or in person at the Sun Devil Campus Stores and have your book charges billed to your student account. If you are eligible, you will be sent an ASU email each semester with instructions.
Submit your FAFSA before ASU's priority filing date of February 1 each year to maximize the amount of aid you receive. Eligible students who apply by this date have a greater chance of receiving need-based aid. The priority filing date is not a deadline, so still submit your FAFSA even if the priority filing date has passed. For more information,visit the FAFSA information page.

Financial Aid and Scholarship Services will begin applying your spring 2024 (sessions A and C) financial aid to your spring charges starting January 5th. Check your disbursement status in the Financial Aid Tracker and if it reads "Disbursement," you do not need to take any action. If your status shows anything other than "Disbursement," check Priority Tasks to ensure there is no information needed from you.

If you are attending ASU for fall 2024 only, you must submit 2024-2025 Student Budget Reviews, Student Income Reduction Reviews and Parent Reviews along with all required documentation by this date in order for a reevaluation of the FAFSA and awards to occur.
Submit your Satisfactory Academic Progress Review form before this date in order to appeal any SAP violation for the Fall 2024 semester. Appeals submitted after this date will be considered only for regaining eligibility for the next semester.
