If you are a Federal Pell Grant recipient who has all outstanding financial aid verification documents submitted and are enrolled in fall 2023 sessions A & C, you may obtain your textbooks for the semester online or in person at the Sun Devil Campus Stores and have your book charges billed to your student account. If you are eligible, you will be sent an ASU email each semester with instructions.

You must confirm your ASU housing by June 1 for your housing assignment to be finalized by August 1. If your housing assignment is not finalized by August 1, your budget will be changed to an off-campus or at home with parent budget. Tuition and certain registration fees are subject to a 100% refund through July 5, 2024 for Session B classes. Tuition and fees are non-refundable thereafter and students are required to pay all tuition and fees for drops and withdrawals on or after July 5, 2024.
