If you have this item on your task list on My ASU, you have reported on the FAFSA that you are unable to provide parental information. This item holds the awarding and disbursement of financial aid if it is listed on your task list on My ASU.
Instructions
You must choose one of the three options below in order for financial aid processing to continue.

| A | You are unable to provide parental information due to a special circumstance.The following are examples of some special circumstances:

Submit a Dependency Review form to Financial Aid and Scholarship Services documenting your special circumstance. |

You are considered dependent for federal financial aid purposes and your parents refuse to support you and will not provide their information on the FAFSA. |
If you would like to be considered for a Federal Unsubsidized Stafford Loan,submit a Request for Federal Student Loan Due to Parental Nondisclosure form to Financial Aid and Scholarship Services. |
| C | Neither A or B above apply to you and you would like consideration for federal student aid. | You must correct your FAFSA and include your parent's information on it. You must also notify Financial Aid and Scholarship Services in writing of these changes in order to continue processing. |
