An ASU Consortium Agreement allows ASU degree-seeking students to receive certain financial aid based on their combined enrolled hours between ASU and another school during the same semester (i.e., enrolled at ASU and a community college during the same semester). For students enrolled in session B (including students enrolled in session A or C as well as B): This policy affects your scholarship amounts. Your census date may be different if you are in a dynamically dated course (i.e., a course that is not a session A, B or C course). Starting Oct. 8, fall 2025 (session B) financial aid will be applied to your fall charges. Check your status in the Financial Aid Tracker on My ASU. If it reads "Disbursement," you do not need to take any action. If your status shows anything other than "Disbursement," check your Priority Tasks to ensure there is no information or action items needed from you.

If you're a Federal Pell Grant recipient with all financial aid verification documents submitted and enrolled in fall 2025 session B, you can charge your textbooks to your student account at the Sun Devil Campus Stores, online or in person. Eligible students will receive an ASU email each semester with instructions.
