If you're a Federal Pell Grant recipient with all financial aid verification documents submitted and are enrolled in summer 2026 for sessions A and C, you can charge your textbooks to your student account at the Sun Devil Campus Stores, online or in person. Eligible students will receive an ASU email each semester with instructions.
To appeal any spring 2026 SAP violation, submit your Satisfactory Academic Progress Review form before this date. Late submissions will only be considered for next semester's eligibility. For more information, visit the Satisfactory Academic Progress page.

Your census date may be different if you are in a dynamically dated course (i.e., a course that is not in session A, B or C). For more information, visit the dropping classes as a financial aid recipient page.
Starting March 9, spring 2026 (session B) financial aid will be applied to your spring charges. Check your status in the Financial Aid Tracker on My ASU. If it reads "Disbursement," you do not need to take any action. If your status shows anything other than "Disbursement," check your Priority Tasks to ensure there is no information or action items needed from you.
